The London International Club invites you to the 2025 Pairs Competition, an exciting spearfishing event open to divers across the UK. This is a unique opportunity to test your skills, enjoy camaraderie, and compete for fantastic prizes!

Competition Details

• Competitors dive in pairs from first light on July 12th.
• Dive anywhere in the UK, from boat or shore.
• Weigh-in deadline: 5:00 PM at Holsome Park.
• No pre-event meeting required.
• Camping available (pre-booking required).

Valid Species & Rules

• Eligible fish categories: Bass, Bream (all species), Pollack, Cod, Mullet (all species), and Flatfish (except Skate and Rays).
• Each team submits their biggest fish in each category.
• Prizes for the heaviest fish in each category + biggest crustacean.
• Shore divers will receive special recognition when possible.

Minimum Catch Sizes

• Bass: 45 cm
• Bream: 28 cm
• Pollack: 36 cm
• Cod: 45 cm
• Mullet: 36 cm
• Flatfish: 36 cm

Post-Weigh-In Celebration & Meal

After the weigh-in, a meal will be provided for competitors, family, and friends. The Seafood Curry will include contributions of crustaceans and filleted fish. Bring your own drinks!

Cost for additional guests: £15 per person (Under 15s free).

Entry Fees & Registration

• Competition Entry Fee (per pair): £60 (includes meal for competitors)
• Deadline for entry: 30th June 2025
